Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” on the product page
  • Any products that are returned after the 30-day return window

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Ecoitshop is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
